PASTA

Rosie truly adores pasta. Her first job as a chef for Angela Hartnett's Cafe Murano fuelled the fire and since then she has been honing her pasta skills both in Italy and the UK. First teaching Masterclasses at the Cafe Murano Pastificio and with John Whaite at his cookery school John Whaite's Kitchen, she now teaches Pasta Masterclasses for private clients, team building events or parties. Rosie was one of 5 chefs chosen to demonstrate one of her favourite pasta dishes at the Countertalk event Pasta and That in 2019. That year she also hosted 4 fully booked pasta pop-up suppers at Mae & Harvey Café in East London. Rosie spent several weeks in the summers of 2017 and 2018 working for Stirred Travel in the Veneto region of Italy, hosting and cooking with guests on their excellent culinary holidays. She has also travelled extensively in Italy and speaks Italian.
